Elegance By Sanzida-এ ৪ জন নারী Customer Sales Support Representative নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।
দায়িত্বসমূহ:
Customer-এর Message ও Comment-এর Reply প্রদান
Order গ্রহণ, Order Management ও Customer Support
Customer-এর সাথে নিয়মিত Follow-up করা
Phone Call-এর মাধ্যমে Order Confirmation করা
Delivery Status Update প্রদান
Facebook Page-এ নিয়মিত Live করা (বাধ্যতামূলক)
Page-এর দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা এবং Customer Satisfaction নিশ্চিত করা
