Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Polite, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
Basic knowledge of handling phone calls and client communication.
Ability to manage multiple client inquiries efficiently.
Must own a smartphone.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, enrolment, or a call center will be considered an advantage.

About the Role:

Papercraft Inter national is looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service & Marketing Executive. If you enjoy communicating with people, guiding and building relationships, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:- 

Communicate with prospective clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook & other social media platforms available. 

Provide accurate information about courses, admissions, tuition fees, deadlines and our services.

Convert inquiries into successful enrolments through effective conversation and follow-up.

Conduct inbound and outbound calls for lead nurturing and conversion.

Manage social media platforms by responding to queries and maintaining engagement.

Support student through the walk-in process and follow-up.

Maintain lead tracking, follow-up records, and reports using Microsoft Excel or other CRM.

Organize and maintain client documents in digital/soft formats.

Submit daily reports on calls, follow-ups, conversions, and pending cases.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information.

Working Hours

Working Days: (Roster Shift)

Office Hours and slots are: 10:00 AM to 02:30 PM and 02:30 PM – 07:00PM

Two Holidays

Salary range: 8000/- to 10,000/- BDT
