Responsibilities & Context
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Greet and assist customers in a polite, professional, and well-mannered manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and store KPIs.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and organized shelves.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Assist in billing, cash handling, and POS operations when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall store presentation.
