- International trade experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare and confirm a complete set of export documents (such as bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin, etc.) according to customer requirements.
- Collect and sort out all kinds of documents, complete the processing of delivery notes, orders, bills of lading and other related documents.
- Maintain good communication with factory and customers, coordinate the issues between factory and customers.
- Maintain good relationship with old customers and promote the secondary development of orders.
- Complete other work be assigned by leader.
