Requirements

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and office systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and property transactions is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at Starpath Holdings Ltd., you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support and answering inquiries about our properties and services. You will play an essential role in building strong relationships with prospective and current clients, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience throughout the property buying, selling, or renting process.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for Ambitious, motivated people with a resilient personality and good understanding of post-sale client services of Real Estate Projects. Stellar customer service skills, ability to communicate well and to multitask with a number of clients and real estate portfolios. Positive attitude, ability to work in a team environment, solution oriented thinking and good understanding of email and MS Office applications. Excellent command in English for both verbal and written correspondence,

  • Need Knowledge about customer services department at reputed Real Estate or Multinational Company. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, properties, and company services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Record and update client information in the CRM system accurately.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align customer service efforts with company objectives.
  • Manage critical clients and problem-solving ability.
  • Able to work under presser and multitask work knowedge.
