Responsibilities & Context
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.·
Provide regular updates on project progress and timelines.·
Investigate and resolve client complaints or issues promptly and effectively.·
Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure timely solutions.·
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients & Landowner fostering trust and loyalty.·
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.·
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and sales teams to align on client expectations and deliverables.·
Ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated and met.·
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, complaints, and resolutions.·
Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and project feedback for management.·
Take clients choices for electrical, Plumbing, Tiles, woodwork, Sanitary etc. internal work of flat.
