Responsibilities & Context
- Must have strong English proficiency with excellent writing skills.
- Handling foreign customers.
- Customer’s message check.
- Reply customer’s queries properly.
- Regular follow up check.
- Daily task and schedule check.
- Handling store properly.
- Daily performance check.
- Proper communication and response on time.
- Reporting to higher authority properly.
- Basic computer skills required, including internet browsing, google sheets, MS Office applications.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
