  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tour Operator, Travel Agent, Travel Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years

Sound understanding of airline ticketing procedures and travel industry operations.

Working knowledge of GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo and Travelport will be considered a significant advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.

Strong customer service, problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Excel, Google sheet.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Professional attitude, positive mindset and strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding domestic and international flight reservations.
  • Provide professional customer support through phone calls, emails, social media platforms.
  • Process ticket reservations, issuance, reissuance, refunds, cancellations and other airline-related services.
  • Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, NDC and GDS platforms to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Assist customers with fare rules, airline policies, travel requirements and related documentation.
  • Resolve customer concerns and service issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and customer databases.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending customer requests to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences while upholding the company’s professional standards.
