Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    IT Enabled Service, E-commerce
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Handling foreign customers.
  • Customer’s message check.
  • Reply customer’s queries properly.
  • Regular follow up check.
  • Daily task and schedule check.
  • Handling store properly.
  • Daily performance check.
  • Proper communication and response on time.
  • Reporting to higher authority properly.
  • Agree to work from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM, 6 (Six) days in a week.
  • Applicants must have to consent to do the job minimum of one year.
  • And any other task assign by the authority.
