Responsibilities & Context
- Must be able to perform Night Shift 8pm-8am or rotational shift
- FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT ONLY
- Workable 12 Hours for shifting 8pm-8am, 12pm-12am GMT+6
- Your duty is to ensure the response to customer is prompt (below 3 minutes), deposit money approval time less than 3 mins and withdrawal approval time less than 5 mins.
- To always create conversation and remain interactive with customers.
- To always prioritise using voice message when interacting with customers.
- Compulsory to perform sales and conversion. It is expected of you to do at least 5 conversions per day.
- To update new customer whatsapp number in backoffice’s note and google sheets.
- Your webcam must be switched on all the time during your working hours.
