Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage online customer queries & attend incoming customers calls chat and comments
  • reply (Facebook+ WhatsApp)
  • Reservations from customers through direct calls, Facebook and What’s App.
  • Collect Customer feedback by calling them and answer to all customer queries accurately.
  • Must have to be good in customer handling & politely answering incoming calls.
  • Making external phone calls as & when instructed by the competent authority.
  • Receiving incoming letters, documents and materials etc.
  • Fluent in English and Bangla to chat with the customer.
  • Maintaining Dispatch register for outgoing letters, documents and materials etc.
  • Maintaining records of contacts.
  • Coordinates with office activities.
  • Candidates must have to be serious and dedicated.
  • Any assignment as and when given by the authority. Any other work or responsibilities as
  • when required as per instruction of the higher authority.
