- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Assist job seekers with registration, Saudi job applications, and profile updates
- Provide clear guidance about job requirements, process, and documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
- Escalate complex issues to the senior team
- Deliver polite, professional, and timely customer support
