Responsibilities & Context

Customer Service Manager (SO to SPO) for Kushtia, Rajshahi, Satkhira and Dinajpur District.

  • To supervise overall branch operations.
  • To support Branch Manager to achieve business target of the branch.
  • To ensure cost minimization and maximize branch profitability.
  • To ensure proper service of the branch.
  • To ensure that branch maintains all the records that are auditable for good audit rating.
  • To ensure compliance with existing AML policies of the bank & local directives to preventing Money Laundering
