Responsibilities & Context

Mamex Group is looking for experienced & enthusiastic individual for our customer service/support section.

Job Responsibilities:

Phone Call Management:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Use strong phone contact handling skills and active listening to address customer inquiries.

Sales Lead Generation:

  • Identify and generate sales leads through effective communication and

Engagement with customers.

  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide tailored solutions and achieve satisfaction.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Information Accuracy:

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.

Complaint Handling:

  • Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary documents.

Adherence to Procedures:

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service quality.

Customer Engagement:

  • Take extra steps to engage customers and enhance their overall experience.

Digital Marketing:

  • Perform daily digital marketing tasks, including updating promotions and creating visual graphics flyers.

Multitasking and Prioritization:

  • Effectively multitask, prioritize, and manage time to handle various responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Communication Skills:

  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiently speak Bengali and English in a professional manner.

Conflict Management:

  • Demonstrate conflict management skills and maintain patience while speaking with clients.

Adaptability:

  • Adapt to different types of customer characters and respond effectively to their needs.

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including: CRM Software: Experience with [e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot] for managing customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports, tracking data, and communicating.
  • Email Clients: Skilled in using email platforms like Outlook or Gmail for communication and scheduling.
  • Graphic Design Tools: Basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva for creating visual graphics and flyers.
