Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer (CSO) to assist and consult with our multiple clients, including those seeking student visa services, work permit visas, visit visas, and air tickets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service and be able to provide professional guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with inquiries related to student visas, work permit visas, visit visas, and air tickets. Provide consultation and guidance to clients on visa application processes. Handle customer queries, and complaints, and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service delivery.

Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple clients efficiently.Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Other Positions Available:

1. ReceptionistResponsibilities: Greet and assist visitors professionally. Manage phone calls and emails. Maintain records and schedule appointments.

Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.Good communication and organizational skills.

2. Office CleanerResponsibilities: Maintain cleanliness in all office rooms. Ensure a tidy and hygienic work environment. Perform daily cleaning tasks as required.

Requirements: Prior experience in office cleaning is preferred.Must be punctual and responsible.
