Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
Collaborate with internal departments to solve customer issues efficiently.
Stay updated with product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.
Maintain service quality by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
Contribute to team performance goals and service improvement initiatives.
