  • Maintaining contact with customers regularly through call,email,sms.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
  • Utilize to accurately document interactions and follow-up on unresolved issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
  • Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes by providing feedback and suggestions.
