Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Customer Service Representative (Sales) to join our growing team. This role combines providing excellent customer service with actively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and pricing.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM system.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.
• Promote and upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services to existing and potential customers.
• Process sales orders, provide quotes, and follow up on sales leads.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and generate new business.
