Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for a few expert and skilled “Customer Service Specialist” to support one of its international food ordering clients. You will be responsible for managing and handling back-office order processing for a large food chain company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing proper guest support via phone
  • Take and place orders according to customer demands
  • Update orders and details on CRM/Required platform
  • Assist and suggest different toppings or items to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and assist them properly
  • Fully monitor and understand each order Up-sell additional items if asked

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English Language (Speaking, Listening & Writing)
  • Must pay attention to every detail
  • Excellent communication & multi-tasking skills
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service/ support industry
  • Able to work night shift/ day shift on roaster basis

Working Hours:

  • Roaster basis; Night shift (8 Pm – 5 Am)
