• Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in travel sales and visa processing (preferred)
• Strong sales and marketing skills to drive business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities and patience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Assist clients with booking travel packages, hotels, and other services.
• Promote and upsell travel packages & visa to potential customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to enhance the customer experience.
