  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in using customer support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support and Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also identifying and generating potential sales leads. This dual-role position requires strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a knack for sales.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up on customer interactions to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Continuously update knowledge on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Develop, plan, and execute a social media content calendar that aligns with the company’s marketing strategy.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (text, image, and video) tailored to each social media platform.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Co-ordinate with other department to understand their social media requirement
