Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or B.Sc. in engineering or IT related subject is preferable.
  • Certification or related course will get priority.

Additional Requirements

  • 3 months or above in customer/technical service or ISP support.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Listening skills.
  • Problem analysis and problem solving.
  • Teamwork and able to work under mental stress.

Responsibilities & Context

We have developed around 350+ POPs, highly equipped with telco-grade infrastructures and power management facilities within Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Mymensingh, Rajshahi, Barisal & Sylhet division to ensure uninterrupted services up-to the customer premises.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving Customers’ query/complaint and taking action to ensure the service.
  • Following escalation process and matrix.
  • Maintaining the ticketing system and other troubleshooting tools.
  • Ensuring the SLA.
  • Proper utilization of monitoring tools.
  • Documentation & reporting.
  • Ensuring uninterrupted service.
