Requirements
Education
- Diploma or B.Sc. in engineering or IT related subject is preferable.
- Certification or related course will get priority.

- Proficient in relevant computer applications.

We have developed around 350+ POPs, highly equipped with telco-grade infrastructures and power management facilities within Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Mymensingh, Rajshahi, Barisal & Sylhet division to ensure uninterrupted services up-to the customer premises.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving Customers’ query/complaint and taking action to ensure the service.
- Following escalation process and matrix.
- Maintaining the ticketing system and other troubleshooting tools.
- Ensuring the SLA.
- Proper utilization of monitoring tools.
- Documentation & reporting.
- Ensuring uninterrupted service.
