• Experience Requirements: 7 – 10 years in a reputed manufacturing unit.

Responsibilities & Context

• Marker planning, calculating Marker efficiency and work on saving fabric.

• Maintaining and recording cutting, fabric consumption.

• Fabric reconciliation for Cutting Department. Meeting with Production Head and discussion about Cut Plan.

• Cutting quality control.

• Maintain the ‘SOP of Cutting’ strictly for woven dress & casual shirts.

• Maintain 100 % Compliance at Cutting operation and Department.

• Received the Fabrics and others items from the Store as per Consumption/Company Policy.

• Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation.

• Cross Check the QC Report with the physical receiving.

• Obtain the QC approval for the Sample/Size and Bulk Cut accordingly.

• Make the Cutting Plan as per Production Plan.

• Thorough knowledge of fabrics construction, fabrics quality, Pattern, tests & washes, seam strength & shrinkage performance etc.

• Before bulk Cutting to identify the risk area of cutting process so that alter/rejection will be reduced.

• Determining production fabric average.

• Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting.
