Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinating the Work and Activities of mechanics and others electrical issues of all cutting machines.
- Repairing, servicing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily based on mechanical and electrical principles.
- Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
- Entering, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written.
- Perform schedule preventive maintenance programs, and as well as corrective maintenance.
- Operation, maintenance, programming and troubleshooting of cutting machineries.
- Install all cutting machines and equipment to support the production growth in cutting production.
- Ensure monitoring of the machine cleaning, troubleshooting according to the SOP.
- Ensuring maximum production by the required efficiency of the machines.
- Install special functional and structural parts in devices & adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
- Analyze test results, machine error messages, or information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems.
- Record parts or materials used and order or requisition new parts or materials as necessary.
- Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
- Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
