Job Context:

Habitus Fashion Limited, a signature destination under Fortis Group for the garment division, is looking for an experienced and proactive Manager (Cutting) to oversee the regular cutting activities and contribute to the achievement of the company’s strategic goal.

Cutting 5’s & Housekeeping.
Manpower Skill Matrix.
Cutting Accuracy.
Cost Reduction Techniques.
Cutting SOP.
Daily Cutting Plan.
Capable of handling most critical styles with zero tolerance.
End roll management system.
Cutting Consumption.
Handle to re-cut fabrics.
ERP System.
Relax through the Winda machine.
Size Set, Trail & Bulk cutting procedure.
Cutting & Marker Efficiency.
Line feeding.
Cut to Ship Ratio.
Spreader machine & auto cutter machine handling.
Cutting Organogram, Man Machine Ratio, SMV calculation.
