Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline, preferably in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Adobe Creative Suite or related tools will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of print and digital materials including brochures, billboards, banners, flyers, newsletters, academic reports, program guides, certificates, and promotional content.
- Ensure creative alignment with DIU’s brand guidelines and visual identity across all platforms (online and offline).
- Collaborate with various departments, including Public Relations, Campus TV, Media Lab, Admission Office, and student bodies, to develop tailored visual materials.
- Provide design leadership and supervise junior designers, interns, and freelance creatives as needed.
- Conceptualize visual content for social media campaigns, admission drives, convocation, seminars, international events, and institutional milestones.
- Design content for web platforms, official presentations, digital displays, and video thumbnails.
- Oversee print production quality and coordinate with vendors for color proofs, material choices, and timely delivery.
- Maintain a well-organized archive of all design files, brand assets, templates, and publication-ready visuals.
- Propose creative strategies to improve the university’s public image, digital presence, and visual engagement.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and academic branding practices to bring innovation into the university’s visual communication approach.
