• Bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) or data management-related subject from any reputed university.
• Any third division/class or equivalent grade in academic career will lead to in-eligibility.

Additional Requirements

Experience:

• 02 years’ work experience as a data analyst or in a related field is preferable, not mandatory.

Competency:

• Proficiency in data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Ability to prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in designing and implementing M&E frameworks.

Responsibilities & Context

Damien Foundation (DF), a Belgian International NGO, involved in the control of Tuberculosis and Leprosy in close collaboration with the Government of Bangladesh in 9 districts (Netrakona, Mymensingh, Kishoreganj, Tangail, Jamalpur, Sherpur, Rajshahi, Naogaon, Chapai Nawabganj) of Bangladesh is currently looking to fill up the position:

• Data Collection, managing data, developing reports and troubleshooting data issues.
• Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
• Capacity buildings of relevant staff.

Location: The post will be based at the Dhaka office with field visits.
