Collect, clean, and analyze data from CRM systems to identify trends and insights.
Create and maintain detailed, timely reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics.
Follow up with leads and prospects generated through CRM systems.
Monitor and manage lead statuses, ensuring timely updates in the CRM.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversions.
CRM Administration & Maintenance.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with CRM exposure (e.g., HubSpot).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Collect, process, and analyze data related to customer interactions from the CRM system.
Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on customer lifecycle, retention, and engagement.
Provide actionable insights for improving customer experience and optimizing CRM strategies.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and address data quality issues.
