Proven experience as a Data Analyst/Researcher or in a similar analytical/research-related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues

Job Responsibilities

Collect data from primary sources (e.g., field surveys, interviews, field research) and secondary sources (e.g., databases, publications, online resources).
Analyze large datasets using statistical and analytical tools to derive meaningful insights.
Identify patterns, trends, and correlations to inform decision-making.
Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions align with the company’s goals.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the collected data.
Maintain and update databases and ensure data security protocols are followed.
Support compliance-related data collection and reporting requirements.
