Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors, HSC
Additional Requirements
- Experience in working with Data collection (quantitative and qualitative) will be added an advantage.
- Familiar with using different forms, formats, questionnaires, and online tools in both Bengali and English.
- The ability to collect data in the different digital apps (KoBo, ODK, Survey CTO) will get a preference
- Have adequate knowledge and experience in data collection tools and techniques (quantitative and qualitative)

Responsibilities & Context
Receive orientation on the assignment (10%)
- Thoroughly receive orientation of the assignment through physical participation in the project office.
Effective data collection and entry to the prescribed format/Android application (80%)
- Frequently field visit and accordingly household visit of the project participants.
- Conduct interview of the Project Participants as well as different level Stakeholders.
- Collect quantitative as well as qualitative data through direct interview in the household/field level.Collect most significant case studies.
- Ensure quality of data & project related information are in place.
Documentation & reporting (5%)
- Submit collected data in the prescribed format.
- Prepare Case Study Report.
- Prepare a short report of the activities/event.
Others – (5%)
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, exploitation, Fraud, Bribery or money Laundering to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation and as well as Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on the safeguarding of harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, Fraud, Bribery & Money Laundering for establishing a safe working environment.
- Being a member of Islamic Relief as a child-friendly organization, it is the core responsibility and obligation of each staff member to understand and obey the IR Child Protection & PSEA Policy and respond accordingly as and when required.
- Willing and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
