Additional Requirements:
Basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Excel and Word, strong attention to detail, typing speed of 30+ WPM, ability to meet deadlines, good communication skills, and prior data entry experience will be considered an advantage.
Requirements & Skills:
- Good typing speed in Bangla (Bijoy/Avro) and English
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Internet browsing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in Data Entry / Office Management will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities & Context
Working Schedule:
- Day Shift & Night Shift positions are available.
- Applicants must clearly mention their preferred shift (Day Shift or Night Shift) when applying.
- Candidates will be considered for the selected shift based on availability and company requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry in Bangla & English
- Maintain and update company database and records
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and official documents
- Handle VAT/Tax-related data processing and documentation
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors when necessary
- Organize files and maintain digital records properly
- Support office administrative and documentation tasks
