- Greeting and welcoming visitors and Clients/Agents in a professional and friendly manner
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls politely and efficiently
- Making follow-up and promotional phone calls to prospective and existing clients
- Providing basic information about company services to walk-in clients and callers
- Managing appointments, schedules, and visitor records
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing couriers and documents and update internal software
- Supporting administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
- Coordinating with counselling and marketing teams for smooth operations
- Participating in promotional video shooting for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns
