Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our e-commerce (Shopify) team. The ideal candidate will manage and input data into our platform, ensure data accuracy, and support various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- New Item Entry: Add and update product information, images, and descriptions on the platform.
- Data Editing: Edit and update product details (text and images) according to guidelines.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure all entries are accurate and up to date.
- Confidentiality: Maintain sensitive company and customer information confidentiality.
- Daily Reporting: Regularly report task completion to management.
- Documentation: Maintain records of data management processes.
- Internet Browsing: Research and gather necessary information online.
- Additional Tasks: Complete tasks assigned by management to support operations.
