Responsibilities & Context
- Insert customer and account data within time limits by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents.
- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and check output.
- Scan documents and print files, when needed.
- Keep information confidential.
- Apply data program techniques and procedures.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
- Accurately input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
- verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- conduct regular data quality checks and report discrepancies.
- coordinate with team members and departments to gather and clarify data requirements.
- IT skills – MS OFFICE (word, excel, ppt, etc.)
- Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information
