Responsibilities & Context
- Highly Efficient in typing and computer literacy.
- Entering data into various computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
- Reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies and correcting them as necessary.
- Checking the accuracy of all documents and information, notifying the Co-Ordinator/Manager of any mistakes or discrepancies.
- Maintaining the integrity and security of all data entered.
- Monitoring and recording received data and source documents.
- Responding to data inquiries from other departments or clients.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Creating reports and generating data sets as required.
- Creating digital databases to store data and creating regular backups.
- Updating and keeping up with filing systems, archives, and databases.
