Job Type : 3 days work from office & 3 days work from home.
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems.
Data Entry Operator responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.

• Check day-to-day financial transactions (including bills and vouchers) to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Reconcile cash ledger with branch cash daily to ensure consistency.

• Prepare daily reports according to management requirements.

• Ensure accurate recording and classification of financial transactions in the general ledger.

• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and other key accounts to ensure all records are accurate.

• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections.

• Participate in virtual team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams using online tools.
