Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibility:

• Accurately enter data for visa applications and related documents.

• Data entry, content preparation, and basic photo editing.

• Knowledge of photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator , Canva)

• Flyer design, Poster design and social media graphics etc.

• Prepare and update online content.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Typing speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy.

Requirements:

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with visa application processes is a plus

Good understanding of branding and marketing strategies.

Basic written and verbal communication skills in English
