Responsibilities & Context

• Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
• Transfers information from paper formats into computer file.
• Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source document.
• Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printer.
• Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
• Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
• Type in data quickly and efficiently.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Factory Management.
