Experience

    • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, Software Company
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Only Female
  • Excellent typing speed (minimum 25–30 WPM) with high accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Basic computer operation skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Basic English reading and typing ability
  • Previous experience in data entry or similar role
  • Familiarity with database systems or CRM software
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of data verification and validation processes
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability

Responsibilities & Context

  • Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
  • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
  • Ensure proper data management and filing systems (both digital and physical where applicable).
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Generate reports and perform basic data analysis when required.
