Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. You will apply data science techniques, machine learning, and statistical modeling to healthcare data in order to uncover insights, build predictive models, and improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with healthcare data, has a strong analytical mindset, and is driven to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured healthcare data from a variety of sources including patient records, imaging data, and clinical studies.
Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to support diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and operational efficiencies.
Conduct statistical analyses and build models to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support better decision-making in healthcare.
Collaborate with software engineers, clinicians, and product managers to integrate data-driven insights into the company’s products and services.
Implement data visualization techniques to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Evaluate the performance of models and algorithms, optimizing them for accuracy, scalability, and interpretability.
Stay updated on the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and healthcare analytics.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Document methodologies, processes, and model outputs for internal and external stakeholders.
