Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct outbound calls to drivers, promoting our platform and encouraging registration for delivery services.
- Analyze and dive deep into generated data to identify trends, find out problems and make actionable recommendations
- Provide accurate information to drivers about our platform, services, and registration process.
- Maintain meticulous call records, documenting key points, feedback, and suggestions for future reference and analysis.
- Convert driver from registration to verified in the platform
