Responsibilities & Context

o   Play the role of database admin and IT infrastructure manager.

o   Oversee the design, implementation, troubleshoot and maintenance of the organization’s land and cloud network infrastructure.

o   Oversee the installation, cloud hosting, configuration, licensing and updating of software applications for all its devices across the organization.

o   Lead the IT support team to ensure efficient resolution of hardware, software, and network issues for end-users to ensure minimum interruptions.

o   Ensure robust data backup systems, disaster recovery plans, and IT security measures are in place and regularly monitored.

o   Maintain a comprehensive inventory of hardware resources, ensuring accurate tracking and procurement of appropriate items.

o   Manage IT Helpline Implementation Project following professional management methods.
