Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Candidates should have BBA/MBA degree in Marketing from any reputed private or public university with good academic track record.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
- Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in brand management, brand communication or digital marketing.
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, teamwork and content development (both English & Bangla).
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva) will be considered as added advantage.
- Familiarity with social media management and digital analytics will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in planning and executing brand communication campaigns across all channel & platforms.
- Coordinate with creative, media & advertising agencies to ensure effective implementation of campaigns and support event management, product promotions, sponsorships, regulatory and CSR activities.
- Manage and update corporate communication materials, press releases, and social media content.
