Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance

Experience

  • At least 8 years

Additional Requirements

  • Negotiation and communication skills are of critical importance to perform this role.
  • Sound knowledge of Finance, accounting along with thorough knowledge of the Financial System of the country.
  • Interpersonal and coordination skill are required to coordinate with team members and other employees of the organization

Responsibilities & Context

  • Dealing of Call Money & FDR with Banks & NBFI
  • Preparing ALCO Paper & ALCO presentation along with Minutes
  • Maintain portfolio of Treasury Bill-Bond
  • Manage Fund efficiently to ensure that Funds are made available when and where it is due for payments
  • Prepare various kind of regulatory reports, management reports etc
  • Maintaining ALM Desk tasks
  • Maintaining sufficient CRR/SLR fund requirement in Bangladesh Bank
  • Forecast funding strategy and anticipating challenges arising from limited fund
  • Negotiating loan or overdraft terms and condition with counter party
  • Building and maintaining continuous relationship with necessary stakeholders, including Regulators
  • Ensuring that all external debt and interest is properly accounted for and correctly posted
  • Retention of records as per requirement of regulators and internal compliance
  • Maintain accounts in EDSMoney & RTGS system
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with counterparty limits
  • Other responsibilities as per Organization’s requirement
