Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare and organize dental instruments, equipment, and materials before treatments.
- Assist the dentist during procedures by handling instruments, suctioning, and ensuring a sterile working environment.
- Sterilize and maintain dental tools following standard protocols.
- Record patient history, treatment details, and support with clinical documentation.
- Guide patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms.
- Greet patients warmly and assist with registration and appointments.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Respond to patient queries regarding treatments, pricing, and services.
- Manage billing, payments, and receipts in coordination with Accounts.
- Maintain accurate patient records with confidentiality.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
