Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets within the assigned area.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach.
• Monitor sales performance and take necessary actions to meet or exceed targets.
• Ensure timely execution of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Identify potential areas for business expansion and provide recommendations to management.
• Lead and supervise the depot sales team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Provide training, guidance, and motivation to enhance team performance.
• Set sales goals for the team and monitor individual achievements.
• Supervise depot staff, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
• Foster teamwork and ensure effective communication within the department.
• Ensure proper stock management and availability of products at the depot.
• Oversee logistics, delivery schedules, and coordination with the team.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products to dealers and distributors.
• Monitor logistics costs and suggest cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and conduct regular stock audits.
• Coordinate with the procurement and sales team to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and report for necessary action.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock, sales, and depot operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
• Report any operational challenges or discrepancies to the respective department
