Shelaidah Dairy is a sister concern of Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Ltd. established in 1997 in Kumarkhali, Khustia. It is one of the fastest growing dairy firms in Bangladesh manufacturing branded dairy food products for local markets. The firm has started with only one product named ULTRA Fresh Milk. Now it has a number of products like-Fresh Milk, Flavoured Milk, Sweetened Yogurt, Sour Yogurt, Ghee and also has many other products in the pipeline. We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individual for the following position in Shelaidah Dairy.
Job function: Depot
Job Responsibilities :
- Make daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly delivery plan according to sales forecast
- Manage staffing levels to include drivers & back office support staff and all fleet compliance issues & Vehicle maintenance
- Ensure & monitor area wise order & volume delivery and ensure minimum stock level & safety stock
- Provide and manage up to date vehicle performance reports (VPR) for all fleet vehicles
- Monitor loading & unloading, Hygiene (lead time) and handle customer complaints
