Responsibilities & Context
- Follow-up depot & dealer wise undelivered and communicate with the depot.
- Analyze depot physical stocks, short/excess inventory and take necessary actions.
- Find out slow and nonmoving items and give appropriate disposal.
- Arrange & monitor special delivery.
- To identify delivery-related problems like small DO, unloading delays by the party, wrong DO, receipt by the dealers, etc.
- Coordinate with sales and work as per feedback.
- Preparation of reports as asked by management.
- Give necessary disposal of distributors returns & various damages.
- Visit to Party.
- Supervise depot racking/stocking and compliance of FIFO method.
- Ensure compliance of all policies and guidelines.
- Check mails & SMSs and reply.
- A/C statement UpToDate.
- Stock maintain with ERP & excel. Reconciliation all issue & receive.
