Responsibilities & Context
- Make daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly delivery plan according to sales forecast.
- Coordinate with sales & marketing team for daily distribution plan as per DO.
- Supervise and schedule warehouse and delivery staff to ensure safe and efficient operation of depot.
- Oversee depot operations to exceed expectations for on time delivery, accuracy.
- Ensure that products are received and stored in an efficient and economical manner, and maintain required records in conformance with company policy.
- Ensure & monitor area wise order & volume delivery and ensure minimum stock level & safety stock.
- Supervise the proper handling of depot transfers of inventory.
